Can we have overnight visitors, friends and family for free during our stay?
When you have been accepted in the residency program and during your stay, you cannot sublet or host other people in the Residency facilities. The Residency program should be respected, and treated as an opportunity to work on your creative journey and the facilities should not be used like a family or friend get to gather hostel.
Due to insurance issues and the fact that we are not in the Airbnb business, we need to make this clear.
if you want people to visit anyway, there are hotels, guesthouses and hostel in the village of Grundarfjörður.

At the moment our program only accepts applications from a Artist DUO, two artist who work on their reserchs based art projects.
